The LEGO Foundation has announced a new global research fellowship for early- and mid-career researchers whose work can strengthen understanding of how children thrive across diverse contexts.

What the Fellowship Supports

The programme provides USD 300,000 over three years to selected fellows, with funding awarded and administered through the fellow's university or research institute.

The fellowship supports research in three areas: the youngest children in crisis and conflict settings, the inclusion and wellbeing of neurodivergent children, and children's learning and development in an AI-enabled world.

Who Can Apply

Researchers from around the world can apply if they hold a PhD or equivalent research doctorate received within the past 10 years and are employed by a university or research institute.
