Stakeholders from across civil society, academia, industry, SMEs, and startups are invited to apply. The goal is to bring together diverse voices and expertise to support the responsible and effective implementation of the AI Act.
The Advisory Forum will serve as a general advisory body to the Commission, providing independent technical expertise and structured feedback on implementation challenges, standardisation, and the evolving landscape of general-purpose AI.
It will work in parallel with the Scientific Panel, which advises the AI Office and, upon request, national market surveillance authorities.
